Merrit K is a game designer and maker of cool zines and other things. She's also the host of this interesting homespun podcast, in which she thinks and talks about fictional dads. From Darth Vader to Frank Costanza, she interrogates the qualities that make these dad-figures significant, and asks what these different representations of dadhood mean. Dadfeelings doesn't take itself too seriously, but the questions it poses are smart and sincere: Merritt and her occasional guests are genuinely trying to understand what sort of father Batman was, both to his evil test-tube son Damian and his son-like side-kick Robin; she carefully examines ideas about naturalism and inheritance, as represented by the ur-Good Dad, cartoon lion Mufasa. If you're interested in representations of gender and family and, um, dads - you're in the right place, obviously. New 30-minute episodes weekly.
