We don't know why there aren't a thousand podcasts like this, but let us be glad that even one exists. In Classic Flow, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation has set yoga classes to contemporary classical music, composed specifically for this purpose. Classes are designed and narrated by the commanding Lara Zilibowitz, who overcomes the only downside of an audio yoga class - namely that one can't see the postures being demonstrated - by deploying precise and imaginative turns of phrase ('drip your knees down to the floor'; 'rest your head in the lap of your feet'). We were surprised never to find ourselves lost. A passing familiarity with yoga will help, but it's not a requirement, and six available episodes address different bodily needs: for posture, for energy, for tight hips. The six-part series is now complete, but we plan to return to it, over and over.
