Adulting

Adulting

This short and sweet indie series presents vignettes from modern adulthood: a woman who wants to buy a house but doesn’t have a partner; a man who’s turning 30, and can’t stop repeating it to himself, incredulously: “I’m 30”; a woman who married young. Each episode is presented by mild-mannered hosts Ashira Morris and Kate Parkinson-Morgan, who also deliver their personal observations of growing older, if not up. In a sidelong, super-chill, very millennial way, it examines the markers that signify (or ought to signify) our transition into a sensible middle age, and asks questions about what that process means. There've been no new episodes since June, so the show appears to be on hiatus, and you can catch up on the seven available episodes pretty quickly; they're each five to 10 minutes long.
